Keynote Summary
:

Everybody wants more. “They” want more features, more resources, and more investment in technology. “You” want better business cases, ROI and a longer term outlook. Is there any common ground?  Through this discussion, our panellists will explore the most common conflicts and misaligned objectives that can arise between the typical Finance and R&D functions.  It will provide CFOs with some insight as to how other companies are managing these natural conflicts and how adopting a product management strategy early on in a company’s product commercialization can help.
